March For Meals2018-03-08T11:06:47+00:00

For the whole month of March, Meals on Wheels Collin County joins the nationwide initiative in reaching out to our communities as a means to build support, which enables us to deliver hot, nutritious meals, friendly visits and wellness checks to the seniors of Collin County.

By volunteering, donating, or speaking out, you can ensure the seniors in your neighborhood can live more healthy, happy, and independent lives at home, in their communities, and with their families, where they want to be.

Community Champions

MOWCC is so excited to announce the support of the following officials in our community who will be participating in delivering meals during #MarchForMeals month. Their generosity in sharing of their time and talents will help raise public awareness for the nutritional and social needs of our area seniors.

Thank you for being our community champions!

How YOU can join the March

In the state of Texas, 19% of our senior population struggles with hunger and 22.7% live in isolation. Meals On Wheels is the solution to this growing problem and we need your help to ensure no senior goes hungry.

There are countless ways to join the fight in combating hunger and isolation in our senior community. By volunteering and/or donating to Meals on Wheels Collin County, you can become a hero to a senior in need.

To make a donation, please click the button below. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, check out our volunteer page, or contact our volunteer recruiter, Mary McAndrew, at [email protected] or call her at 972-632-3117.

Together we can make a difference!
